How to Apply
We are looking for compassionate, safe, and professional team members. Due to the demanding nature of the Middle Fork, we only hire experienced multi-day river guides.

FIRST
Download and fill out our employment application. Then email the application and a resume in PDF format to raft@middleforkadventures.com.

SECOND
If we think you would make a great addition to the team, we’ll set up a 30-40 minute interview. If you live in Colorado or near Salmon, Idaho we can likely meet in person otherwise we will set it up over the phone. If we cannot meet you in person, we will help facilitate a meeting with one of our past or present guides so you have the opportunity to learn more about us and our work culture.

THIRD​
We ask all of our prospective guides to join us for a training trip. This is the last portion of the interview, and an awesome opportunity to show us your skills and to determine if you are the right fit for our team. Plus, it is really, really fun.
